- Focus on efficiency, transparency, and sustainability in procurement
- Drive implementation of sustainable procurement strategies
- Manage complex projects related to procurement strategies, governance, and tools
- Serve as a key contact for the global procurement community
- Drive innovation in procurement
- Assume governance responsibilities within the global network
- Document procurement processes
- Develop corporate standards for procurement
- Oversee implementation of corporate standards across global subsidiaries
- Define and implement a comprehensive KPI framework for procurement
- Ensure consistent, high-quality data collection across all business units
- Establish global reporting standards and dashboards
- Drive data transparency and analytics-based decision-making
