Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent
Proven track record leading large-scale finance/business transformation programs
Experience leading organizational change and business transformation
Proven experience with standard costing implementation and cost accounting
Strong understanding of manufacturing finance and controlling
Proven track record in SAP transformation
Experience with ERP implementations and finance transformation
Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder international organizations
Post-merger integration experience is an advantage
Strong project leadership, execution excellence, results orientation
Strong organizational change management and business adoption
Expertise in standard costing, manufacturing controlling, master data management
Experience in controlling operating model design, process governance, harmonization
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO and manufacturing integration
Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management capabilities
Ability to work effectively across functions and with stakeholders
Fluent English required
Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 10–20%)

Aufgaben

Lead organizational and business process transformation for costing
Coordinate implementation of target Finance ERP and process standards
Drive transformation roadmap execution to target operating model by 2028
Liaise with Finance, Controlling, Operations, and IT stakeholders
Ensure alignment between different functions
Manage dependencies with Post-Merger Integration and Miele integration
Lead organizational change management for adoption of costing and controlling model
Identify program risks and issues
Define mitigation actions for risks and issues
Coordinate internal and external resources
Plan project organization and resources
Ensure business readiness for go-live
Prepare organization for future operating model
Facilitate executive decision-making
Resolve cross-functional alignment issues
