- Knowledge of SAP Financial Steering, management reporting, Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, Material Ledger, Product Costing, or similar Finance domains
- Experience with Power BI, CCH Tagetik, or comparable enterprise performance management, planning, consolidation, or analytics solutions
- Managing complex international projects
- Fluent English
- Effective communication with senior stakeholders
Aufgaben
- Drive Finance requirements for SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
- Focus on Financial Steering, Universal Journal, Margin Analysis, Material Ledger, and Product Costing
- Lead global cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Involve SAP, Power BI, and CCH Tagetik in initiatives
- Include Sustainability and BEPS Pillar Two reporting in initiatives
- Analyze Finance processes and reporting structures
- Analyze system dependencies
- Translate business needs into practical solutions
- Partner with Global Finance stakeholders
- Partner with Process Owners
- Partner with IT teams
- Partner with external implementation partners
- Ensure successful project delivery
- Support the full project lifecycle
- Drive standardization across Finance processes, data, KPIs, and reporting
- Drive scalability across Finance processes, data, KPIs, and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement across Finance processes, data, KPIs, and reporting
- Drive standardization of reporting processes, structures, KPIs and data definitions
- Ensure consistency across source systems, Finance data platforms and reporting solutions
