Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Min. 10 years progressive accounting/financial reporting experience
- Prior experience with top-tier audit/consulting firm highly desirable
- Strong technical expertise in Swiss GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience managing external audits and regulatory compliance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities
- Highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professional conduct
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation, analytical skills

Aufgaben
- Prepare and deliver financial statements under Swiss GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER, and IFRS
- Act as a finance partner to business leaders, controllership teams, tax specialists, and external stakeholders
- Lead external audit activities and coordinate audit execution
- Support monthly close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Partner with the Tax Manager and Entity Controllers on financial and business matters
- Lead legal entity integration activities and support new business initiatives
- Drive process improvements to enhance reporting quality, efficiency, and transparency
- Contribute to strategic projects and business transformations within Finance
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls, and enhance financial insights
- Build relationships across functions and advise on financial reporting matters
- Oversee the winding down of the Latin American Inventory Hub
