- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for MRO and Lifecycle Management
- Partner with business leaders to identify and segment spend opportunities
- Lead RFQ processes, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage and negotiate framework agreements with key suppliers
- Benchmark pricing and commercial practices across various supplier types
- Leverage Global and Zone Procurement capabilities to maximize value
- Collaborate with Global Technical, Maintenance, and Procurement leaders
- Establish and monitor category objectives aligned with AB InBev targets
- Lead supplier business reviews and foster strong partnerships
- Manage communication and information flows across procurement and maintenance networks
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality sourcing projects
- Monitor project performance and provide guidance to stakeholders
- Act as an escalation point for sourcing and project challenges
- Continuously improve sourcing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Provide insights on market dynamics, supplier capabilities, and pricing trends
- Develop and implement market intelligence tools and reporting methodologies
- Support sourcing strategies with data-driven recommendations
- Evaluate supplier capabilities and identify opportunities in new markets
- Advise stakeholders on category trends and sourcing opportunities
- Design and maintain strategic category plans for product lines
- Capture and document sourcing best practices and category knowledge
- Build expertise in complex and emerging categories
- Lead initiatives to improve spare parts management processes globally
- Develop global spare parts inventory and procurement analytics capabilities
- Drive the global spare parts working capital governance and improvement agenda
- Support implementation of digital inventory and analytics solutions
- Improve data quality and coverage across SAP master data and databases
- Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Tech Supply teams to pilot solutions
- Support Zone Engineering and Reliability Centers through improved strategies
- Define and implement spare parts approaches for capital projects
- Conduct site visits and facilitate continuous improvement activities
