Anforderungen
- Educational background in Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy, or related field
- Passion for surveying technology and innovative geospatial solutions

- Advantageous experience with Total Stations, GNSS or related surveying

- Plus knowledge of Python, Matlab or similar tools

Aufgaben
- Shape the future of Leica Total Stations and contribute to technologies for surveying professionals.
- Drive product improvements across hardware, software, and geodetic accessories throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with international R&D teams and external partners in an agile, innovation-driven environment.
- Test, analyse, and validate surveying solutions, sensor technologies, and algorithms to ensure high quality standards.
- Investigate market feedback, identify root causes, and transform customer needs into product improvements.
- Benchmark competitor solutions and contribute to defining future product strategies and innovations.
- Deliver product training and support colleagues across the global sales and support network.
