- Work at the intersection of biology, automation, and QC
- Collaborate with researchers, technicians, and automation engineers on protocol optimization
- Collaborate with software on LabOS protocol integration
- Manage the tradeoff between assay science and throughput
- Find the right balance between assay quality and scalability
