Aufgaben
- Lead electronic security projects (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection)
- Coordinate technical teams and customers from project initiation to handover
- Take ownership of project delivery
- Ensure effective planning and stakeholder coordination
- Resolve technical issues
- Manage projects from initiation through completion and final handover
- Develop and monitor project plans
- Coordinate resources, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Coordinate engineers, field technicians, and external partners
- Monitor progress, risks, and deadlines
- Drive corrective actions for technical issues
- Oversee installation and commissioning activities
- Track hardware availability and anticipate supply constraints
- Act as the main point of contact for customers
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final project handover
- Maintain project documentation and progress reporting
