- Drive internal execution excellence
- Align engineering, product, and operations for timely SaaS releases
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies for SDLC product teams
- Coordinate release cycles for smooth deployments
- Ensure quality assurance and post-release validation
- Track progress against SaaS delivery milestones
- Align product roadmaps with sprint deliverables
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations for seamless deployments
- Maintain high delivery rigor while adapting Agile practices to SaaS
- Manage continuous delivery and CI/CD pipelines
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies
- Escalate risks where necessary
- Provide structured reporting to senior stakeholders
- Foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within SaaS product teams
