Anforderungen

Aufgaben
- Act as the Quality Control (QC) single point of contact for customer projects
- Coordinate and drive QC deliverables to support project milestones, manufacturing schedules, and customer timelines
- Act as the bridge between laboratories, QA, Production, MSAT, and project teams
- Manage QC-related risks, deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls
- Represent QC during customer interactions, audits, inspections, and project meetings
- Provide clear visibility on project priorities, analytical scope, timelines, and costs
- Ensure customer requirements are met while balancing compliance, quality standards, and business objectives
- Drive proactive communication and issue resolution for project momentum and customer satisfaction
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QC processes, efficiency, and operational excellence
