Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in lending, structured finance, relationship management, or front-office banking role

Aufgaben
- Support commercial coverage and portfolio management of strategic commodity clients
- Contribute to transaction execution, risk management, and business development
- Lead the credit approval process by preparing and coordinating credit applications
- Prepare and coordinate transaction proposals for decision-making committees
- Manage the execution of new and existing transactions
- Support client onboarding and structuring discussions
- Oversee credit approval, documentation, implementation, and ongoing servicing
- Support coverage of leading global commodity clients and complex financing solutions
- Prepare client presentations and portfolio reviews
- Conduct industry analyses and prepare management materials
- Coordinate legal, customer due diligence, and KYC activities
- Monitor documentation and covenant activities
- Participate in client meetings and management presentations
- Prepare briefing materials and strategic analyses for meetings
- Execute follow-up actions from client meetings
- Support portfolio management initiatives, including capital optimisation
- Support industry reporting for portfolio management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Risk, Legal, Compliance, and product areas
- Deliver integrated client solutions
- Contribute to the origination and development of new business opportunities
- Develop opportunities across lending, Financial Markets, and Debt Capital Markets products
- Develop opportunities across Transaction Services, Capital Structuring & Advisory, and syndicated finance products
