Aufgaben

Lead and improve the local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Facilitate monthly S&OP reviews and executive meetings
Provide insights, reports, and recommendations for decision-making
Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management
Resolve conflicts and build consensus across departments
Develop demand planning and forecasting methodologies for critical products
Leverage market intelligence and data analytics for forecasting
Monitor key performance indicators for business improvements
Lead and support strategic initiatives
Represent the planning organization in cross-functional programs
Drive process optimization through digital solutions and analytics
Enhance planning excellence using best practices
Present executive-level analyses and recommendations
