Anforderungen

- Self-starter managing own pipeline and priorities
- Genuine interest in AI-driven protein design and companies in the space
- Follows developments in the field
Aufgaben
- Run technical sales calls discussing binding kinetics, expression systems, and assay design
- Onboard new customers and help them design their first experiments
- Monitor ongoing accounts, flag issues, and suggest next steps based on results
- Work with the biology team to troubleshoot customer experiments
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Own the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to account management
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers
- Understand customer protein engineering goals and recommend experiments
- Explain assay capabilities including BLI, SPR, and cell-free expression
- Ensure experiments are designed correctly and results are communicated clearly
- Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities
- Develop proposals and quotes tailored to customer needs
- Represent Adaptyv at conferences and industry events
- Feed customer insights back to product and biology teams
