- Completed training as Biology Laboratory Technician
- BSc in Biology or related life sciences field

- Experience or interest in laboratory material management
- Ordering, inventory control, and material availability
- Fluent English skills
- German language skills considered a plus
- Flexible and collaborative mindset
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Willingness to adjust working hours
Aufgaben
- Manage laboratory materials and consumables, including ordering, stock monitoring, and inventory control
- Ensure continuous availability of critical supplies
- Perform routine microbiological testing in a GMP-regulated environment
- Conduct bioburden, environmental monitoring, sterility, and bacterial endotoxin testing
- Develop expertise in specific testing areas
- Coordinate and document microbiological analyses
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of laboratory activities
- Support continuous improvement of microbiological methods and technologies
- Support implementation of microbiological methods and technologies
- Contribute to operational excellence
- Ensure laboratory readiness through equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety requirements
- Participate in on-call duties to support business needs
