Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Informatics, Data Engineering, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least three years of practical experience in Finance Transformation and/or Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services environment
- Exposure to accounting, closing, consolidation, reporting, and planning or forecasting processes
- Experience with finance technology solutions (SAP S/4HANA, cloud services, or other finance transformation platforms) is advantageous
- Understanding of finance data transformation topics (data governance, master data, data modelling, reporting and analytics, AI-enabled solutions, cloud-based data platforms) is advantageous
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar) is advantageous
- Strong analytical, solution-oriented, and curious mindset
- Ability to take ownership, build trusted relationships, and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Collaborative work environment skills
- Strong team player skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- Additional languages are an asset

- Deliver large-scale finance transformation programs in complex international environments
- Shape the finance function of the future through digital and regulatory transformation
- Support digital and regulatory transformation using hybrid and agile delivery approaches
- Contribute to project management across project deliveries
- Contribute to process improvement across project deliveries
- Contribute to business analysis across project deliveries
- Contribute to requirements definition across project deliveries
- Contribute to system implementation across project deliveries
- Contribute to performance management across project deliveries
- Contribute to quality assurance across project deliveries
- Collaborate with strategic alliance partners to bring innovative solutions to clients
- Utilize technologies such as SAP S/4HANA for Finance, Microsoft Cloud services, and Databricks
