- Foster an open feedback culture
- Coach and support agile team members to grow and develop
- Engage with the Agile Coach and leadership to encourage the agile team
- Role model and enable agile behaviours
- Provide a psychologically safe environment promoting transparency and constructive challenge
- Design, develop, and maintain software modules adhering to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements
- Ensure alignment of deliverables with business objectives
- Produce robust software builds from source code
- Meet defined performance and security criteria
- Lead and participate in code reviews
- Ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
- Conduct system integration tests
