- Facilitate end-to-end onboarding and contracting of European suppliers and vendors
- Manage vendor screening, information gathering, and selection processes
- Onboard new suppliers in company systems
- Build and maintain stakeholder mapping and evaluation criteria
- Develop vendor profiles to support selection decisions
- Design and refine the onboarding process for scalability
- Track onboarding cycle times
- Support end-to-end source-to-pay execution
- Coordinate requisitions and purchase orders
- Escalate invoice and payment issues
- Ensure adherence to procurement system requirements
- Mediate between US and European business cultures
- Translate Miami procurement processes for European suppliers
- Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, and Legal
- Ensure vendor activity aligns with brand and compliance requirements
- Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams
- Ensure smooth communication across time zones
- Partner with internal stakeholders on vendor selection
- Coordinate contract lifecycle activities
- Track contract approvals, amendments, and renewals
- Monitor contract expirations
- Maintain contract documentation
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms, pricing, and contractual conditions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for European operations
- Support supply chain activities for the European vendor network
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships

- Establish governance processes and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance across all procurement activities

- Provide recurring reporting on value creation to leadership
- Ensure procurement activity complies with company policies
- Leverage European geography knowledge for vendor sourcing
- Maintain knowledge of the European river cruising landscape
- Provide market intelligence to Miami Procurement leadership
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis
- Maintain awareness of economic and geopolitical impacts on suppliers
- Operate as an embedded member of the Basel office
- Maintain strong working relationship with Miami Procurement
