- 7+ years of experience in People Analytics or related data science field
- Deep understanding of HR data and metrics
- Strong data engineering skills: building and maintaining pipelines, data models, and semantic layer
- Strong technical skills in R, Python, SQL, and Excel
- Proficiency with a modern BI tool (Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong, hands-on understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Ideally causal inference methods beyond correlation
- Prior familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Familiarity with HRIS reporting modules (e.g. Prism)
- Energized by AI: comfortable or willing to learn building agentic workflows and AI-assisted tooling
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
