Anforderungen
- At least 3-5 years relevant professional experience in management consulting
- Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and planning
- Experience in forecasting, demand & supply planning, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimization, or supply chain transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enjoyment of working with data
- Comfortable working at the intersection of business and IT
- Experience managing project workstreams

- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain planning processes
- Analyze supply chain networks and processes using data-driven approaches
- Develop concepts to improve supply chain performance
- Support the implementation of state-of-the-art supply chain planning solutions
- Manage related change and project implementation
- Drive initiatives in working capital optimization
- Drive initiatives in inventory reduction
- Drive initiatives in service level improvement
- Drive initiatives in operational performance
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders
- Translate complex business challenges into practical, sustainable solutions
- Contribute to business development
- Help shape the continued growth of the Supply Chain Management & Planning team
