- 2–6 years of experience in management consulting
- Experience in organizational transformation, operating models, or operations
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering complex transformation projects
- Experience managing project workstreams, stakeholders, and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions
- Confident communication with senior stakeholders
- Facilitation of client discussions and workshops
- Structured, proactive, and collaborative work approach
- Curiosity about organizational operations and improvement
- Ownership and thriving in project-based, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Design and implement operating models and organizational structures
- Lead organizational transformations and introduce new ways of working
- Optimize business processes with a digital-first mindset
- Establish performance management frameworks and management systems
- Explore and realize business value of emerging technologies, including AI
- Support and lead post-merger integrations and carve-outs
- Design and facilitate workshops with senior client stakeholders
- Lead project workstreams and manage project teams
- Develop trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for impact
- Contribute to developing our Business & Operations Design offering and local team
