- Support senior leadership on positioning and communication topics
- Lead and develop a small team of two
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Drive external communications and media relations
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proactively identify communication opportunities and topics
- Bring in new ideas and perspectives
- Shape communication around complex or sensitive topics
- Translate business and regulatory topics into compelling communication
- Ensure consistent communication across markets
- Support local teams
- Plan and deliver internal communication
- Deliver internal communication formats such as town halls
- Oversee issue-related communication
- Track communication effectiveness using clear KPIs
- Report regularly to Executive Management
