- Advanced university degree in law, nonprofit management, compliance, governance, or related field

Aufgaben
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen the grant governance framework, policies, and standards
- Define and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and approval pathways
- Establish consistent governance requirements and controls aligned with Forum policies and donor requirements
- Develop procedures, templates, guidance, and governance tools for consistent implementation
- Oversee due diligence, compliance reviews, and risk assessments for grants
- Elaborate appropriate contractual frameworks for grants
- Advise stakeholders on compliance obligations relating to donor restrictions and reporting
- Advise stakeholders on compliance obligations relating to use of funds, sanctions, and anti-corruption
- Advise stakeholders on compliance obligations relating to conflicts of interest and data protection
- Maintain risk-based review and escalation processes for material risks and exceptions
- Monitor trends, findings, and emerging risks in grant governance
- Support the implementation of mitigation measures for identified risks
- Serve as a central point of coordination for grants governance matters
- Manage governance decision-making bodies, including documentation and follow-up actions
- Ensure grant agreements are reviewed through appropriate governance channels and internal controls
- Provide guidance to teams on governance requirements, approval pathways, and risk mitigation
- Identify opportunities to strengthen grants governance processes, systems, and controls
- Benchmark practices against relevant governance, compliance, and risk management standards
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, transparency, and effective risk management
