Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Several years leading IT services, observability, monitoring, event management, or operations
- Proven end-to-end ownership of business-critical services
- Strong observability knowledge across applications, infrastructure, networks, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Solid understanding of monitoring strategy, service onboarding, KPIs, SLOs, alerting, event correlation, operational analytics, and ITSM integration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Independent and accountable working style
- Ability to lead initiatives and coordinate specialists
- Fluent English and Italian
- German language skills considered an advantage
Aufgaben
- Own observability and event management services end to end
- Define service strategy and roadmap
- Define service standards and continuous improvement priorities
- Drive modernization of the observability ecosystem
- Drive adoption of the observability ecosystem across business services, applications, infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders
- Translate operational needs into sustainable solutions
- Translate operational needs into actionable insights
- Translate operational needs into measurable outcomes
- Lead service performance and governance
- Define KPIs and SLAs
- Manage reporting and service reviews
- Manage risk and compliance activities
- Provide audit support
- Manage cost optimization
- Manage technology partners and external providers
- Ensure service quality from partners
- Ensure contractual performance from partners
- Ensure budget discipline from partners
- Ensure alignment with business expectations from partners
- Provide functional leadership to internal specialists
- Provide functional leadership to cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities to improve automation
- Identify opportunities to improve event intelligence
- Identify opportunities to improve analytics
- Identify opportunities to improve AI-driven observability
