- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Agility to thrive in dynamic greenfield project environment
- Experience supporting regulatory and customer audits and inspections
Aufgaben
- Provide QA oversight for shopfloor manufacturing activities
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements
- Ensure operational readiness for growth projects
- Review and approve SOPs and work instructions
- Support sustainable manufacturing operations
- Partner with manufacturing teams to drive aseptic process readiness
- Support preparation, training, and execution for APS and media fills
- Lead and coordinate quality events
- Review and approve deviations, CAPAs, and investigations
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of quality events
- Act as the Quality representative during project discussions, audits, and inspections
- Communicate quality oversight strategy
- Support inspection readiness
