Anforderungen
- BSc/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years hands-on experience as software engineer, data-intensive systems, ideally ML exposure
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (clean architecture, testing, CI/CD) for data/ML
- Hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark) and data lake infrastructure
- Proven experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Python and standard data tooling (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SQL)
- Solid data intuition: inspect logs, design metrics, identify quality regressions
- Working knowledge of experimental design, statistical inference, A/B testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills in English, explaining complex technical concepts
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Excited about designing/shipping data products at scale, mentoring engineers/data scientists
