- Experience leading enterprise transformation

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Equivalent demonstrable professional experience

- Construct future-state customer journey strategies
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps
- Partner on discovery and analysis with customers and Account Executives
- Provide data-activation recommendations
- Incorporate emerging capabilities from Contentful and Qualified into recommendations
