Anforderungen
- Degree in IT, CS, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in technical SEO, GEO, search architecture, digital discoverability, semantic search, or related discipline, ideally in international B2B environment
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, structured data, entity optimisation, information architecture, taxonomy design, authority-building strategies, and understanding of search engine/LLM retrieval
- Experience designing/implementing structured data, semantic content models, entity-driven optimisation, with strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Sistrix, or similar platforms, and ability to translate technical concepts into business requirements and roadmaps
- Confident communication with technical/business stakeholders across distributed teams, fluency in English, sound judgement, growth mindset, willingness to test/learn/adapt, high standards for accuracy, quality, and responsible AI use
- Advantageous experience with knowledge graphs, semantic technologies, ontology design, graph-based data models, AI retrieval systems, information retrieval concepts, APIs, data modelling, automation, or technical implementation projects
