Aufgaben
- Coordinate five sites across Germany and Switzerland
- Ensure a world-class workplace experience
- Serve as primary contact for WSSO covering real estate, employee experience, projects, and site operations
- Execute the Global Site Operations vision
- Build business relationships with senior leaders and teams
- Proactively address space and services issues
- Lead and coordinate site vendors
- Lead EMEA MEP operations
- Manage financials, ensuring budget adherence and forecasting
- Balance customer-centricity and operational excellence in service delivery
- Implement sustainability strategies
- Lead site-level sustainability initiatives
- Act as owner's rep for projects, ensuring requirements are met
- Establish occupancy strategies
- Manage space utilization effectively
- Collaborate with Employee Experience and IT to improve productivity and experience
- Partner with Global Safety and Security on incident management, safety, emergency response, and business continuity
- Represent and drive site requirements with landlords and building management
- Lead Adobe's employee community and engagement program
- Lead facilities management operations with a hospitality mentality
