Aufgaben
- Act as deputy service manager for CERN's email services
- Share technical ownership of messaging ecosystem reliability and evolution
- Manage and improve email identity and attribute synchronization across Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange Online
- Operate and evolve CERN's distribution groups archive service
- Operate and evolve 365 groups provisioning integration to the CERN Computing Resources Portal
- Ensure seamless synchronization of group memberships and collaboration services across CERN's computing environment
- Participate in strategic projects for media platforms, video conferencing, and Indico
- Contribute to the operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of communication and collaboration services
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and IT service teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions
- Automate processes and improve service observability, reliability, and user experience
