Anforderungen
- 3+ years in data science, operations research, data engineering or related technical role
- Pharmaceutical development and/or clinical supply chain experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of CMC development across modalities (small molecule, large molecule, vaccine) preferred
- Strong expertise in Python
- Experience building and deploying advanced machine learning models
- Databricks and MLOps experience preferred
- Proven track record gathering complex requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- Translating requirements into actionable, technical roadmaps
- Familiarity with Agentic AI
- Strong interest in Agentic AI
- Integrating AI agents into workflows
- Proven experience with GitHub for version control
- Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Cline
- Proficiency working in VScode or equivalent IDE
- Experience deploying apps or agents preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Translating complex business challenges into mathematical problem statements
- Developing corresponding technical solutions
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong, trust-based relationships
- Executing priorities with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Independent decision-making abilities
- Proactive approach to delivering results
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or comparable technical field

- Support translating business problems into mathematical models
- Build analytics integrated with WebApps and/or Agents
- Develop probabilistic forecasting and stochastic optimization techniques
- Serve as a business analyst for new digital capabilities
- Define and track KPIs for digital transformation
- Contribute to designing, building, and implementing data foundations and pipelines
- Contribute to developing custom web applications for data product interaction
- Streamline routine work through advanced automation and AI tools
- Contribute to the Decision Intelligence Strategic Roadmap
- Translate business processes into mathematical representations and technical specifications
- Translate data and model outputs into business insights
- Collaborate to define and implement AI-enabled decision making processes
- Develop business cases and articulate value propositions for digital capabilities
- Define and track KPIs to monitor digital transformation value
- Develop mathematical models for business process simulation and optimization
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines leveraging Databricks, Python, Dataverse, and advanced SQL
- Transform raw data into contextualized, AI-ready data products
- Test and implement agentic AI workflows using Copilot Studio
- Develop and deploy user-friendly WebApps for data and analytics interaction
- Utilize VS Code and AI coding assistants with GitHub for version control
- Work with system architects to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps
- Document processes, code, models, and architectures
- Provide training and technical support to end-users
