Aufgaben
- Originate and lead operating model and GBS/GCC transformation engagements with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Own the commercial pipeline for this offer across existing accounts and new clients
- Lead target operating model design, organization design, GBS/GCC location and service-scope strategy, governance model design, and transition roadmaps from diagnostic through to implementation
- Develop differentiated points of view and assets on the future of GBS/GCC
- Build, coach, and grow a team of managers and consultants
- Act as a career sponsor within the practice
- Link operating model and GBS/GCC design to the wider Group's technology, AI, and managed-services capability
