Anforderungen
- At least 5 years of experience in Production Planning or similar role
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education/experience
- Strong knowledge of industrial operations, production planning, and S&OP processes
- Experience in watchmaking industry (asset)
- Solid experience with SAP (IBP, MRP, Production Orders, Inventory, Sales Orders)
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Use of protective equipment required for certain roles
Aufgaben
- Own inventory projections and stock landing management
- Oversee product status management and master data governance
- Ensure timely release of purchasing requirements for supply continuity
- Balance demand, production capacity, inventory strategy, and supply chain capabilities
- Own and drive the Supply Planning, Supply Review, and S&OP processes
- Own the supply planning process for Watch Heads and Finished Watches over 24 months
- Translate strategic demand assumptions into feasible supply scenarios and production strategies
- Ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and capacity across the value chain
- Define and maintain planning assumptions, constraints, and parameters
- Act as the primary interface with Sales Planning
- Lead the Supply Review process and prepare recommendations for S&OP
- Consolidate supply plans, capacity assessments, and risk analyses
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Finance
- Present supply scenarios, constraints, and recommendations to management
- Analyze future demand and capacity requirements to identify risks and opportunities
- Develop and evaluate alternative supply scenarios for decision-making
- Support long-term inventory optimization and supply chain resilience initiatives
- Own inventory projections and stock landing commitments
- Review, validate, and release purchasing requirements in line with supply plans and inventory strategies
- Monitor supply planning performance and planning accuracy
- Analyze deviations between demand, supply plans, and operational execution
- Lead initiatives to improve planning processes, systems, and data quality
- Contribute to the continuous development of planning methodologies, tools, and governance
- Govern product statuses and planning-related master data for accuracy and consistency
