Aufgaben
- Bring the Maison to life across markets and retail environments
- Coordinate trade marketing activities, materials, and activations
- Deliver trade marketing activities, materials, and activations to the highest standards
- Challenge and improve the process of creating marketing materials
- Challenge and improve the process of stocking marketing materials
- Challenge and improve the process of distributing marketing materials
- Oversee inventory management of marketing materials
- Maintain accurate records of marketing materials
- Process SAP orders for global markets and internal departments
- Provide export support for global markets and internal departments
- Assist the export team with export/import documents and certificates
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Manage intercompany orders
- Manage re-invoicing
- Manage direct shipment allocations from suppliers to global markets
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Monitor purchase order numbers
- Ensure timely invoice management and payments
- Create new article numbers with detailed information
- Maintain an updated database of existing items
- Handle administrative requests from markets
- Provide customer service regarding orders and shipments to global markets
- Prepare weekly backorder reports
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules
- Organize invoices and packing lists
