- Business or technical training or comparable qualification

- Respond to general and technical inquiries from international sales partners
- Maintain professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication
- Coordinate and follow up on partner issues with internal teams
- Support partners with sales activities and administrative processes
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing partner initiatives and events
- Support new partner onboarding and ensure smooth transitions
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and organizational measures
- Provide up-to-date sales, marketing, and training materials
- Continuously develop partner programs
- Maintain partner data, documentation, and feedback records
- Ensure high data quality and transparency within relevant systems
- Assist with creating reports and analyses
