Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in biotechnology, preferably DSP operations
- Strong technical expertise in downstream processing technologies (chromatography, filtration, UF/DF, viral clearance, GMP manufacturing)
- Previous leadership and people management experience preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in technology transfers, process validation, investigations, and continuous improvement
- Fluent English required; German highly desirable
Aufgaben
- Lead DSP manufacturing campaign planning, execution, and documentation
- Provide technical expertise for DSP operations, technology transfers, and validation
- Lead investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as DSP manufacturing SME during audits, inspections, and commissioning
- Ensure manufacturing activities comply with cGMP, procedures, and standards
- Lead, coach, and develop Bioprocess Engineers
- Partner with leadership to optimize resources, capacity, and initiatives
