Anforderungen
- PhD, Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields
- Extensive experience in biotech/pharma industry
- Knowledge of technical issues and requirements for drug product technical transfers
- Know-how in aseptic product manufacture for protein drug products, including lyophilization process; manufacturing experience in prefilled syringes is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and great teammate attitude
- Very good planning and organizing skills, project management, risk management, and technical writing skills
Aufgaben
- Lead technical transfer activities for sterile GMP DP manufacturing
- Setup and implement technical manufacturing processes for sterile GMP DP manufacturing
- Manage technical activities for drug product transfers from clinical development to commercial launch
- Define and monitor project scope, timing, and progress
- Lead setup, scale-up, and implementation of drug product manufacturing processes
- Provide technical on-site support
- Ensure process implementation and technical transfer documentation
- Drive GMP change management strategy for assigned projects
- Initiate and manage GMP change control in the system
- Lead and support critical GMP product/process deviations and implement CAPAs
- Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, HSE, and regulatory standards
- Enable innovation and technical strategy projects
- Generate intellectual property (IP)
- Contribute to scientific publications and conference talks
- Evaluate and implement new methods and technologies
