Aufgaben
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals
- Deliver high-quality, compliant scientific exchange on HIV disease and clinical data
- Tailor engagements to customer needs and account priorities
- Position Gilead as a long-term partner in HIV care
- Own and actively manage a defined HIV territory
- Develop, implement, and execute account and territory plans
- Identify unmet medical and treatment needs within accounts
- Drive sustainable performance by prioritizing accounts, stakeholders, and activities
- Execute national and regional HIV strategies with high quality
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and cross-functional partners
- Contribute field insights to support strategy refinement and brand development
- Support implementation of campaigns, guideline updates, and educational initiatives
- Conduct all activities in strict accordance with Gilead policies and Swiss regulations
- Demonstrate accountability for accurate documentation and CRM usage
- Act as a role model for compliance and professionalism
