- Knowledge of shipping, freight markets, and tanker operations
Aufgaben
- Execute and oversee the full lifecycle of liquid bulk commodity contracts.
- Coordinate vessel nominations, shipping schedules, and tanker operations.
- Manage contractual declarations and delivery instructions.
- Liaise with traders, logistics, customers, suppliers, terminals, and shipping partners.
- Monitor inventory positions, terminal stock, and transfer activities.
- Ensure timely preparation, review, and accuracy of trade documentation.
- Review and approve invoices, freight costs, demurrage claims, and insurance documentation.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual and internal requirements.
- Perform cost analysis and reporting on executed trades.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders across Europe, Asia, MENA, and international markets.
