Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Logistics, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field
- ADR certificate
- Driving and operator licences for electrical overhead travelling cranes, industrial trucks, mobile elevating platforms, etc.
- Extensive experience in heavy handling and transport operations
- Proven experience in worksite logistics
- Proven experience in technical contract supervision
- Proven experience of work in a radioactive environment
- Basic knowledge of remote-handling systems
- Thorough understanding of ADR regulations principles
- Operation and maintenance of lifting and handling equipment
- Operation and maintenance of transport systems
- Transport of dangerous goods
- Achieving results, delivering high quality work on time
- Flexibility, adapting quickly and resourcefully to shifting priorities
- Problem solving, anticipating obstacles and assessing alternative solutions
- Teamwork, working well in groups and participating fully
- Working in the interest of the organization, following rules
- Spoken and written English, with commitment to learn French
- Valid driving licence
Aufgaben
- Coordinate transport and handling operations for the Accelerator complex, Experiments, and surface premises
- Coordinate and plan meetings to evaluate technical and resource needs
- Assess and propose handling and transport solutions
- Define technical and safety requirements for transporting dangerous goods
- Ensure compliance with ADR principles and applicable regulations
- Analyze working procedures and safety assessments for specific operations using customized equipment
- Develop technical specifications, work procedures, and contract documentation for transport and handling activities
- Supervise contractor activities on site
- Ensure safety during operations in conventional and radioactive environments
- Collaborate with the EN-THE design office to develop custom handling tools
- Collaborate with the EN-THE design office to conduct logistic studies
- Collaborate with Radiation Protection Services to establish Work Dose Planning
- Collaborate with Radiation Protection Services to redact Radiological work permits (DIMR)
- Perform handling operations in specific situations
