- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls
- Deliver a consistently professional and positive customer experience
- Provide accurate support via telephone
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and requests related to the Yuh App
- Guide and support clients through their financial journey
- Explain products, features, and processes clearly and empathetically
- Execute client instructions and address concerns
- Document client interactions and outcomes in internal systems
- Collaborate with other Customer Care Representatives and internal departments
- Contribute insights for platform, service, and process improvements
- Uphold principles of fair client treatment, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance
