- Build and execute Joint Business Plans with retail partners
- Set commercial priorities for customer plans
- Translate regional direction into customer actions
- Shape the annual Sales and Marketing calendar
- Track execution of launches and promotions
- Follow up on sales outcomes
- Partner across departments to coordinate priorities
- Deliver consistent execution across brick-and-mortar and omnichannel accounts
- Use customer data and commercial insights to assess performance
- Develop recommendations based on data
- Manage the P&L within agreed parameters
- Support profitable double-digit growth ambitions
