Anforderungen

- Experience with process mining, data analysis, and reporting tools
- Fluent English
- Advantageous German language skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Effective work in global, cross-functional environment
Aufgaben
- Support documentation, maintenance, and harmonization of global business processes
- Analyze process performance
- Identify process inefficiencies
- Support root cause analyses, process assessments, and improvement initiatives
- Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting packages
- Monitor performance against targets
- Track benefits of process improvement initiatives
- Support business process design, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation in SAP S/4HANA and digital transformation projects
- Contribute to Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives, including action tracking and follow-up
- Ensure process documentation meets global governance standards and supports compliance requirements
- Coordinate workshops, process reviews, and management presentations
- Facilitate collaboration between business functions, regional teams, and IT
