Anforderungen

- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., O2C, P2P, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, R2R) in an industrial setting
- Proven track record in process redesign, continuous improvement, and cross-functional change initiatives
- Experience in international and matrix organizations
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, and process modeling tools (Signavio, ARIS, Visio)
- Experience with process mining, data analysis, and reporting tools (Celonis, Signavio Process Intelligence, Power BI)
- Fluent English
- Advantageous German language skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Effective work in global, cross-functional environment
Aufgaben
- Establish and maintain the enterprise-wide process management framework
- Define clear process ownership, roles, and responsibilities
- Define clear process governance structures
- Lead the design of end-to-end business processes
- Document end-to-end business processes
- Standardize end-to-end business processes across functions, regions, and business units
- Drive process optimization initiatives
- Drive operational excellence initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma
- Ensure measurable business benefits from improvement initiatives
- Define process KPIs and performance targets
- Monitor process KPIs and performance targets
- Define process improvement measures
- Ensure process effectiveness and efficiency
- Translate business requirements into process solutions
- Translate business requirements into system solutions
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Support process automation initiatives
- Support digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate with functional teams to drive cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate with IT to drive cross-functional alignment
- Resolve process-related governance issues
- Promote process-oriented thinking
- Promote adoption of standardized processes through communication
- Promote adoption of standardized processes through training
- Promote adoption of standardized processes through change management
- Lead the Process Excellence team
