Aufgaben
- Act as a strategic thought partner for Customer Care, Operations, Finance, and Revenue teams
- Own the end-to-end transformation layer
- Turn raw signals into a trusted, scalable source of truth
- Ensure the data layer remains high-quality, performant, and easy to extend
- Own the full lifecycle of your domain, from stakeholder relationships to reporting landscape evolution
- Own the development of the transformation layer (dbt) and downstream surfaces (Looker/Lightdash)
- Identify technical debt and implement modern approaches for performance and extensibility
- Work closely with business leaders to understand problems and shape data solutions
- Lead and evolve a major portion of the reporting landscape
- Be responsible for the health, accuracy, and roadmap of data models
- Champion engineering best practices: CI/CD, robust testing, and version control
- Act as the technical liaison between Product/Engineering and the business
- Ensure data infrastructure evolves in sync with product growth
