- Oversee the After Sales market
- Manage incoming customer and after sales complaints
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks
- Plan deliveries and follow up on logistical issues
- Process orders via phone, email, or EDI
- Initiate free-of-charge product exchanges
- Provide updates on after sales topics
- Implement complex repairs on reclaimed goods
- Evaluate reclaimed goods for function and quality
- Handle complaints
- Support the internal complaints department
- Implement After Sales processes and structures
- Onboard new colleagues
- Develop the team
- Document related processes and guidelines
