- Relevant safety management training or certifications (ideal)
- Operational performance management, KPI analysis, budgeting, cost control, and resource planning understanding

- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong project management capabilities
- Hands-on approach and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in standard business applications, including Microsoft Office
Aufgaben
- Act as the trusted deputy to the General Manager
- Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations
- Maintain business continuity and performance standards
- Lead and coordinate production, maintenance, logistics, and support functions
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, Lean methodologies, and optimisation initiatives
- Monitor key operational indicators
- Analyze performance trends
- Identify root causes of performance issues
- Implement sustainable corrective actions to achieve objectives
- Champion a strong culture of Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, and regulatory compliance
- Proactively manage risks
- Halt operations when necessary to protect people and product integrity
- Oversee operational budgets
- Control expenditure
- Optimize resource utilization
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiency while maintaining service excellence
- Inspire, coach, and develop leaders and teams
- Foster accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous learning across the organisation
- Support talent development and succession planning
- Support workforce optimization and organizational capability building
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Contribute to strategic initiatives
- Support capital investment and operational improvement projects that drive business growth
