Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field
- Solid experience in IT
- Master’s degree (advantageous, not required)
- Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure and application environments
- Knowledge of databases, servers, cloud platforms, networks, interfaces, and containerized applications
- Proficiency in at least 3 of the following: OpenShift/K8S/Kubernetes, Bitbucket/GitHub, Jira/Confluence, Jenkins/any other CI/CD, AWS/Azure, Python, TypeScript, ServiceNow, APIs
- Proven track record in system lifecycle and documentation requirements in GxP environments
- Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM technologies
- Strong interest in GenAI/LLM technologies
- Integrating LLM-based services via APIs
- Agent and tool-calling patterns (e.g., MCP)
- Retrieval-augmented generation
- Operating GenAI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of clinical trial supply processes and systems (nice-to-have)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical development/CMC (nice-to-have)

Aufgaben
- Manage and advance systems supporting the clinical trial supply process
- Bring system engineering perspective to AI journey in CMC
- Ensure generative and agentic AI solutions are robust, well-integrated, and compliant
- Advance the CTS system landscape as part of a cross-functional product team
- Develop solutions that support the clinical trial supply process
- Take ownership of system operations and the full software lifecycle
- Manage documentation, patching, updates, and access controls
- Ensure lifecycle compliance for systems
- Resolve incidents and problems with infrastructure teams and external partners
- Implement system changes
- Coordinate migrations, replacements, and retirements of systems
- Drive the integration of GenAI, LLM, and agent-based solutions into the CMC system landscape
- Manage interfaces, data integrations, and infrastructure for AI solutions
- Shape architecture, operability, security, and access management for AI-enabled systems
- Define lifecycle and validation concepts for AI-enabled systems in GxP environments
- Define and continuously improve architectural and operational standards across the CMC system landscape
