Anforderungen
- BSc or MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Psychology, Data Science, or Finance
- Data science experience in pharmaceutical development and statistical programming for clinical trials
- Knowledge of CDISC standards, statistical methodology, clinical trial design, medical terminology, and clinical trial data processing
- Practical understanding of AI-enabled solutions and automation
- Organizational and coordination skills, ability to manage activities, interfaces, dependencies, priorities, and timelines
- Experience in vendor governance and CRO oversight
- English communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative and agile mindset, ability to explain complex data science concepts clearly
Aufgaben
- Plan, conduct, and coordinate statistical programming activities
- Transform clinical trial data
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
- Deliver high-quality reports and outputs
- Design, program, and validate CDISC-compliant datasets
- Maintain CDISC-compliant datasets and associated deliverables
- Support delivery of submission-ready data
- Coordinate and oversee CRO and external partner contributions
- Ensure quality, progress, and risk mitigation for external partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into data-driven solutions
- Drive innovation using AI and automation
- Apply advanced statistical methods
- Generate actionable insights from clinical data through visualization
- Contribute to evidence-based decision-making
- Coordinate dependencies, priorities, risks, and timelines across studies
- Ensure transparent communication and effective collaboration
- Ensure reliable delivery of projects
