Act as the first point of contact for customer invoice questions
Handle billing tickets from start to finish
Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, Data, and Customer Support
Ensure customers understand their billing
Manage the billing inbox in Zendesk
Respond to customer requests for invoice copies and corrections
Process credit notes
Allocate customer payments
Investigate billing issues using contracts, usage data, and invoices
Provide clear answers to customers regarding billing discrepancies
Prepare invoice corrections and credit notes for Accounting review
Document billing changes accurately
Support the collections process by answering questions about reminders
Coordinate payment plans with Accounting
Maintain customer-facing billing explanations
Update internal FAQs
Track recurring ticket types
Report recurring ticket types to Finance and Product
Contribute to fixing the root cause of billing issues
