Aufgaben
- Analyze transcriptomic, epigenetic, multi-omic, and chromatin conformation capture data from ultra-low input or single-cell samples.
- Collaborate closely with experimental scientists and the NGS core facility.
- Contribute to research projects, from experimental design, through data analysis including methods development, to data interpretation.
